MUNSTER MUSHROOMS

Board Bia National and Regional Quality Award and National Farm Diversification Award winning family, Donal and Lavinia Walsh began their mushroom production business at Silverfort near Cashel in Co. Tipperary in 1999.

Donal and Lavinia soon realised that there was a gap in the market for premium locally produced mushroom products and Munster Mushrooms Marketing Ltd established. The Company supplies retail, wholesale and catering customers with all variations of white and brown button, cup and flat mushrooms. Munster Mushrooms Marketing has seen significant growth year on year and is now the principal mushroom provider for the Munster region.
