SEYMOUR ORGANIC FARM    

Seymour Organic Farm is situated in Borrisokane, Co. Tipperary producing lamb and beef organically all year round which is sold directly to consumers. The farm is organic since 1999, has the Bord Bia Quality Assurance mark and is recommended by the Bridgestone Guide.

The livestock are reared on limestone pastures which are rich in old grasses. The Aberdeen Angus cattle & Texel cross lambs are allowed to mature naturally on old pastures, producing deliciously flavoured meat.

Produce from the farm is sold at Ennis Farmers` Market on Fridays and Nenagh Farmers’ Market on Saturdays. It is also sold from the farm gate or may be ordered by phone or email and delivery can be arranged.

The full range of meat cuts, as well as lamb burgers and sausages, and beef sausages, is available to consumers.
