The Tipperary Cheese Co. Ltd are farm based manufacturers of full fat, low fat and medium fat soft cheese and Low fat whole milk and Greekstyle yoghurt, Soured Crea, Crème Fraiche and Mascarpone cheese in a modern BRC approved plant.

The company mainly supplies the food service and manufacturing industry together with a growing retail (consumer) market.

In Ireland the company supplies directly to food service wholesalers, manufacturers, Cash and Carrys, retail groups and retail wholesalers.

In the UK product is sent via approved groupage chilled transport to food service wholesalers, buying groups, manufacturers with a growing presence in the consumer (retail) market.
