Pure, natural artisan cheeses are the fruits of the Maher family farm in Cooleeney. The Maher family pride themselves in the quality of the milk from their pedigree freisan dairy herd. Mahers know that it takes the best of lush green grass to produces this milk and in Cooleeney there is lush green grass a plenty. The Maher family produce a range of artisan cheeses from cow and goat milk. Cooleeney Cheese, a soft mould ripened cheeses is full of flavour with hints of oak and mushrooms.

Dunbarra range provides a variety of soft flavoured cheeses, Garlic & Dill, Pepper & Poppy.
Daru, underneath its rustic rind you will find a beautiful balance of cheddar like cheese with hints of lemon.

Tipperary Brie is soft and buttery with a gently flavour.
Gortnamona, a delicious creamy goat cheese with lots of character.
Chulchoill goat log is the perfect partner for cooking.
